Some stains are permanent, but if we can get a stain out, it should stay out. Our cleaning is designed to give you the longest lasting cleaning possible. If a spot should reappear, call us and we will come back and clean that area again for free.

If you allow us to apply Scotchgard to your carpet, we will warrantee that you will get no permanent stains for one year. This means if you spill something and you can’t get it out with the carpet spotter we gave you, all you have to do is call us. We will come out and remove the spot at no charge. If we cannot remove the spot, we will refund the money for your Scotchgard. The only exception to this offer is bleach damage.
Scotchgard also helps by retarding the soiling of your carpet and upholstery. We find that carpets and furniture that have been protected last longer and clean up far better than those that have not.
However, your furnishings will eventually get soiled even with protectant. We cannot guarantee that your carpet will not get dirty; just that it will not get any permanent, unremoveable stains.
